Servalyt Precote Isoelectric Focusing Gels pH 3-10  by Serva Electrophoresis                Precast horizontal Isoelectric focusing gels for analytical isoelectric focusing (IEF) of proteins provide high resolution in small volumes with fast separation.

IEF Gel Size: 125 x 125mm x 300um

Precotes are ready-to-use precast horizontal IEF gels. Simply place the gel onto the horizontal electrophoresis unit, apply buffer soaked electrode wicks and load the samples. SERVA Precote IEF gels are offered with thin (300um) and ultra thin (150Um) gel layers. The thinner layer uses less sample volume, runs faster and stains quicker and can provide greater resolution.

SERVA horizontal IEF gels are individually sealed to provide up to 18 months shelf life. Gels are also available cast on a support netting (SERVALYT™ PreNets™) for blotting applications.
