FocusGel 24S by Serva Electrophoresis

Large format polyacrylamide gels used for performing Isoelectric Focusing proteins on large format horizontal gels. These gels provide extremely high resolution and permit you to create the pH gradient you need by electrophoresing into the gel the Serva ampholyte (Servalyts) or ampholytes of your choice.

  • Gel pack contains 4 gels
  • Gels are on clear gel supports
  • Each Gel measures 250 x 115 x 0.65mm with 24 sample slots.
  • The sample slot holds a sample volume of 25ul.

Simply rehydrate the gels with the carrier ampholyte of your choice with or without Urea.
