FastLoad Ready-to-Use DNA Standard for Agarose Gel Electrophoresis of DNA

 

Economical and easy-to-use DNA markers form a DNA ladder of 12 fragments from 100 – 3000 base pairs (bp). The 500 bp and 1500 bp bands have increased intensity for easy observation and serve as reference points. For quantitative estimation of the DNA mass per bands of similar size and comparable intensity, the approximate mass of each band is indicated (0.54 µg/load). Recommended load volume is 5 µl/well. Contains Orange G and Xylene Cyanol as tracking dye.

 

Applications: 500ul volume, 5ul/application, 100 applications
