Peptone from vegetable III
Peptone from vegetable III is an enzymatic hydrolysate of specially selected vegetable proteins
and is recommended for use in bacteriological media. It can successfully replace meat peptone
like e.g. peptone from meat, pancreatic (cat. no. 48619). It is recommended for use in general
purpose culture media for routine cultivation of a variety of microorganisms. It is as well suitable
for mass scale cultivation of microorganisms for antibiotics, enzymes, vitamins production or
for other similar products of microbial origin.
