It provides high sample throughput from 50 to 100 samples with high resolution by virtue of its extra wide electrophoresis gel body and extra long 420mm gel length. The Sequenator 100LG comes with sample combs with 50,62,74 & 100 teeth. The Sequenator electrophoresis nucleic Acid sequencing series of products are designed for AFLP analysis, SSR and SSCP research activities.
