Neutral Protease AF GMP by Serva/Nordmark
Serva Neutral Protease AF GMP is made free of animal products by using a plant based fermentaion process. This is intended to be used with Serva Collagenase AF-1 GMP for cell isolation applictions that must meet GMP, animal protein free and sterile guidelines.
It is a highly stable endopeptidase enzyme from Clostridium histolyticum for tissue diasassociatoin and cell isolation. It gently catalyses the breakdown of peptide bonds in a netural environment.
