Human neutophilic Elastase is also known as Leukocyte elastase. 

This Elastase is a lyophilized fproduct  from sodium acetate pH 5 containing NaCl. It degrades connective tissue components and plasma proteins. Human neutrophilic Elastase has been implicated in the development of lung emphysema, arthritis and inflammatory conditions.
