USP. Serin protease mixture suitable for cell culture. Contains chymotrypsin and non-proteolytic activities. Trypsin 1:250 is a special blend of enzymes designed to maintain maximum cell viability during gentle dissociation. Customary concentration for use: 250 mg/100 ml, pH 7 – 8.
