A single component substrate solution for chromodetection of alkaline phosphatase. A highly sensitive solution for use in immunohistochemical, in situ hybridization and Western blotting procedures. A very fine dark-purple precipitate forms at the sites of Alkaline phosphatase activity.
Contains a proprietary enhancer and a non-toxic stabilizer, which guarantee a highly sensitive and consistent performance of the substrate.
