The TV400YK-2DSYS complete modular system providing a fully integrated solution with one gel tank for 2-D electrophoresis, using 20 x 20.5cm gels, and capillary isoelectric focusing (IEF). The system combines a gel running module, capillary IEF module with a cooled electrophoresis chamber. Perform 2DE, IEF, and Native and SDSPAGE when needed. A smart combination in vertical gel electrophoresis and IEF for multiple applications Plus 2DE. The cooled tank provides for: higher voltages, shorter run times, greater resolution and economy.  The tank is leak free and constructed from 12mm acrylic, the cooling coil is electrically inert and  located at the bottom of the gel tank. It is connected using snap-lock connectors to your choice of chiller or recirculating refrigerated water bath. The gel running module (GRM) holds the gels during electrophoresis and works with the gel casting base for a leak proof seal. The gel base unit includes Soft silicone gaskets in a robust precision engineered casting base. The capillary gel running module can be used for analytical (as supplied) or protein isolation (option) applications.
