This Coomasie Stain kit is a highly sensitive collodial stain for 1D and 2D gels used post electrophoresis. Test results show
detection as low as 30ng BSA. The kit contains two components to be mixed together prior to use. Kit contains 2 key ingredients, enough to stain 4 large 2D HPE™ gels. Reagents are MS compatible for downstream mass spectrometry analysis.
