V20-SDB is a robust semi-dry blotter for western blotting protocols with large and multiple mini-gels format, ideal for fast transfer of proteins or nucleic acids in Western blot, Southern blot and Northern blot applications.  No need for expensive accessories such as gel cassettes and tanks. Corrosion-free platinum-coated titanium and stainless steel plate electrodes, corresponding to the anode and cathode, maximize the active area of transfer so that full electrical contact is made between the gel and the membrane, allowing transfer to be completed within an hour with minimum of heat, buffer consumption and normally associated with wet blotting techniques.
