Collagenase NB 6 cGMP is a sterile product made to EU GMP guidelines for applications that must meet collagenase cGMP standards for cell isolation applications in tissue engineering and tissue transplantation. Collagenase NB 6 GMP is used in tissue dissociation and cell isolation for human adult stem cells, chondocytes, fibroblasts, neronal ad endothelial cell types.

This collagenase produced from Clostridium histolyticum. It is chromatographically purified and contains class I and class II collagenases with balanced proteolytic activities. 

Applications for Collagenase NB 6 cGMP includes cell isolation of: 

• Islets of Langerhans
• Adipocytes
• Chondrocytes
• Chromaffin cells
• Endothelial cells
• Epithelial cells
