Polyethylene glycol 6000 molecular biology grade is a non-toxic water-soluble polymer of ethylene glycol. Applications for PEG 6000 include chromatography, histology, microscopy, and creation of hydrogels, modification of proteins to increase their bioavailability and for pegylation of proteins.

• Hydroxyl value: 4.5 - 7.0
• Heavy metals (Pb) max. 5 ppm
