This protease inhibitor provides broad protease inhibition for poly-His tagged proteins. Special mixture of 4 water-soluble protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of cysteine- and serine-proteases. Free of metal-chelators.

Supplied as a kit: each vial is provided with an extra vial of 1 ml DMSO.The content of 1 vial dissolved in 1 ml DMSO will give a 100-fold concentrate, suitable for the treatment of 100 ml extract. 
Contains: AEBSF, Aprotinin, E-64, and Leupeptin.
